I am the owner of Rick Thomas Yachting Development, a large-yacht consulting business. I know that while this business can be very satisfying and a lot of fun, it is also hard work. I bring people and companies together to achieve amazing results in total yacht development and management. I specialize in working with both the broker and well as the UBO to ensure the yacht's operational program is "fit for purpose" and the Owner's best interest is realized. A true concierge delivery service program developed to maximize client retention within the brokerage community.

I am committed to my objectives and value discretion, high ethics and professionalism above all else. I am the Past-President of JMS Yachting USA, a known, reputable and independent yacht management company. In March 2022 I completed my 35-year apprenticeship in the luxury yachting industry with the formation and development of Nautical Structures Industries, founding the company in 1986 and growing it into an industry icon.  I am currently an executive board member with the International Superyacht Society (ISS).
