Captain & Founder. Randy is a 200 TONS (MCA) qualified Yacht Master. He started Sailing at the age of 11 and for several years was involved with dinghy racing classes both teaching and competing. Capt. Randy was for years part of the National Maritime search and rescue organization of his country which has given him an unrivaled understanding of safety at sea. He has skippered, crewed, raced, chartered and delivered power and sailing yachts throughout the US East coast, Caribbean and Mediterranean Sea. He also has a system engineering degree which has given him the tools to manage yacht projects and refits successfully. With both a wealth of practical seamanship and general engineering knowledge we are very proud to have Capt. Randy at the helm of our organization.
