Yachtbroker.org is a member listing service (MLS) for active Professional & Charter members of any professional yacht brokers association. The MLS includes data feeds for participants who give permission to other participants to display active listings on their web sites in return for their permission to advertise their listings on its web site. Data feeds are also made available to public-facing advertising websites, BoatDox and Yachtr as a service to all members.

Legislation: Ensures the continued participation of the regulatory body of the state in enforcing the Yacht & Ship Brokers Act as well as communication of information on relevant modifications to laws that affect yacht brokerage.
