Administrative Assistant - Ft. Lauderdale
Midsize Ft. Lauderdale brokerage firm has an immediate opening for an experienced administrative assistant familiar with daily operations such as listings, closings, assisting brokers with purchase/listing agreements, closing documentation and any other needs. Duties also will include answering office phone, ordering office supplies, maintain A/P account folders, assist with boat show preparations, creating and sending MailChimp broadcasts. Windows 11, Excel, Photoshop, Outlook, YouTube experience a plus.
