The role of our new Charter Specialist is to develop a portfolio of charter clients and provide them with our signature high quality service, maximizing the potential for repeat business. 


What makes you right for this position:

You’re perpetually self-motivated, with the capacity to be available 24/7 to deal with client requests, before and during charters – as earnings very much depend on personal sales results.


What You’ll Be Accountable For:


Regular availability and quick responses to any client questions.

Generate satisfying levels of personal charter sales, as per objectives set regularly.

Generate a satisfying conversion rate to turn enquiries into actual business.

Collaborate with the other members of the team in order to manage their clients if and when required.




Provide up to date information on the current selection of available yachts to clients.

Share accurate and well-informed information on various destinations for term charters.

Provide expert advice on charter yachts and activities around cruising grounds.

Be available for quick customer service and provide fast responses to any questions or issues that may arise.

Remain up to date and pro-active about any changes in the fleet and other details.

We Expect That You Have:


Thorough knowledge of business best practices and ethics.

A complete understanding of operations onboard day and term charter yachts.

In depth knowledge of luxury services and products. You need to speak our clients language and intrinsically understand their expectations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including speaking any other languages besides English.

Thorough knowledge of the latest digital marketing methods, as well as owning a laptop and current smartphone or tablet.
